For some reason, this one has captured my imagination. Like: What was it like for her at that time? Who had at the camera? Where was she going? Why did that person take her pict then? Did she get mad at them? lol!
Hi Claudia--This pic was taken on a family trip to the countryside by my dad. I think they did a lot of trekking through fields and climbing over fences that day--not too many paved roads or infrastructure in Soviet villages. I have the pictures to prove it, and I'll scan then eventually.
This shows my grandmother's playful side--in most photos, she's so serious.
